Minority for managerial entity structures

How to calculate correct minority interest in managerial entity structures when there is no parent entity representing the only partially owned entity group?

In the legal structure we have created a new parent entity that is partially owned by a third party, so a minority interest will be calculated. However, in the managerial entity structures that parent entity, grouping the partially owned entities, does not exist. For example, we have a country structure and in 3 of our countries there are entities part of this partly owned group (but not all of them). Is there a way to deal with this? Somehow I think the flat ownership structures should deal with this, but I am afraid it will not be able to do
