Approval on phone/e-mail type

Summary:

We would need to have an approval rule on phone & e-mail that would automatically reject any changes made (or creation/deletion of) work phones/work emails (we have extra email types starting with "W" to allow for multiple work email-types).

Whenever a phone type or email type doesn't start with "W" we need the data to be auto-approved.

I managed to achieve a part of this requirement, but now we see that when a phone/email for a contact person is added/changed these are auto-rejected also (apparantly the transactionApprovalRequest.ViewInstanceName is "Phone"/"Email" for both and I don't see the Proposed Person Contact Phone.result.phoneType or Current Person Contact Phone.result.phoneType being filled in either for contacts.)
