    The current OOTB email notification for Proposal and Requirement is not customizable and I would like to know the way to disable the notification

    In BPM Worklist, a search for the word "concept" return the ApproversTask. Is this the OOTB task for Proposal and Requirement?

    If yes, how can I disable the task so email will not be sent when Proposal/Requirement is submitted for approval?
