    • SSO Metadata Refresh Awareness

    After the 24C release, updates were made to the format and content of our SFP SSO metadata. If you haven't refreshed your metadata post 24C, you may see interruptions to your existing SSO functionality the next time you refresh the metadata.

    While there is no need to immediately refresh the SFP metadata, it is important to work in your non-production environments first.  This allows you to see if these updates impact your configuration when you do refresh in order to see if these updates impact your configuration.

    If you have any service interruptions with the new metadata please log an SR with the following information:
