Clawback additional balance in event of termination or loss of eligibility

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein if employee looses eligibility in the middle of the year and has fully taken 5 days (which are frontloaded) of personal leave, in this case there will be clawback of the leaves taken(based on pro-ration) and will be recovered from the employee.

However, if employee is more than a year in the organization, and has taken all the personal days then there is no clawback and the remaining balance expires.

This is the same case with termination, if employee is terminated in the middle of the year (in the first year of hire) then extra balance taken by the employee will be clawbacked.
