How to re-route email notifications to local server mailbox

Hi There - In our lower test Oracle Cloud environment, we have customer contacts with real-time, valid email address. We have a custom report that is supposed to burst and send generated output PDF file as an email notification to the email address in corresponding customer contact, in Production environment. But email notification with output PDF file is being sent to customer contact email address from lower DEV instance as well.

Is there any path in Oracle Cloud whereby the email notifications can be routed to local server mailbox when generated in lower TEST environment despite having valid email address in customer contact?
