How to restrict the predefined work shifts appearing on Team Schedule>add/update shift page?

Summary:

We have our custom work shifts defined in the system. However when Line Manager or department admin is adding/updating the shift for their Direct reports, then in the Name field LOV, we can see "Custom Shift" as an option which is the predefined one. Is their any way to restrict seeded/predefined work shifts from being displayed in LOV?
