REST API for uploading Shift, Schedule and Pattern

Summary:

We are trying to upload Work Shift, Work Pattern and Work Schedule using Rest API to HCM. We were able to find REST APIs in 24B release for uploading Shift and Pattern however it has been taken out from Oracle documentation from 24C. Also we are able to see these REST API's in Oracle SCM latest documentation. We raised SR and received a response that we should NOT be using the SCM API's.
