Change ship-to-location in outside processing purchase order

How is it possible to change the ship-to-location in an outside processing PO if this is retrived by the system and the users is not allowed to change it since it is blocked?

hello everyone,

I was wondering how is it possible to change the location in an outsourcing PO, i.e. created by a work order.

Specifically, when I release the following work order

the system creates a purchase requisition that I have to process.

As you can see from the “Process Rquisitions” task, the request is created with the Ship-to-location equal to “LE BLANC MESNIL” (taken from the inventory organization's location) and I cannot change it, especially when it turns into a purchase order, in fact the field is defaulted and locked without me being able to change it.
