OTBI - add a graph to show the number of candidates by location

Summary:

I've created an analysis using Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time Subject area and have been trying to add a graph to show the number of candidates by location, however the "Facts - Job Application Counts"."Number of Candidates" measure doesn't appear to be calculating correctly in the graph. The numbers do not match what is in the data extract. The data extract, which I've pulled just now, shows a total number of 11632.

However, the graph shows a total number of 10672. Could anyone please advice how to achieve this?
