PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_NOW_FUTURE_UE is extracting the Latest Hire Date incorrectly

Summary: It seems like the PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_NOW_FUTURE_UE is not extracting the Latest Hire Date correctly. In the below example the Hire Date is extracted correctly as 2009-09-01 as this is the employee's only hire date with the Enterprise and Legal Employer. But the Latest Hire Date is extracted incorrectly as 2019-10-01. I have no idea where the 2019-10-01 date is coming from.

Anyone know why tis is the case?
