Unable to change TaxPayer ID Name in Redwood

Summary:

Our requirement is that change the Taxpayer ID name as "Trade License Number" on Supplier External registration redwood page but it is not allowing the same.

We changed by using User Interface Text but that is not appearing in Redwood page. Kindly let me know how to change the Taxpayer id as "Trade license number in supplier redwood page.
