Linking Categories to attributes in PIM

Summary:

In the PIM, can we link change in category to attribute, so any change in category leads to automatic update of attribute for Planning?

The changes are made in Categories in PIM-Can they push change in Specifications —-Item Organization —-Planning, as both are in PIMS.
