Green check mark on Work definition component item not showing correctly

I am reaching out to bring to your attention an issue we've encountered with the work definition created for the same FG item in two different plants, A and B.

When we attach a component item to the work definition for Plant A, a green check mark is enabled, indicating that the component is assigned to the operation. However, when we create the same work definition for Plant B, the green flag is not enabled, even though the item has already been assigned to the operation. This discrepancy is causing confusion among users, as it is unclear whether the item is assigned to the operation or not.
