Duration is not calculating as expected.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have work schedule of 9 hours. UOM for Absence Type is days.

When i apply leave for 4 hours it is calculating as 0.4 days and if i add 5 hours it is calculating as 0.6 days.

I want it to take half day irrespective of the hours which are below 4.5 hours. which cross 4.5 hours it should take one day.

What are the setup i need to change.
