Unable to connect to SFTP

Hi Team,

We're trying to get bank statement from OIC SFTP server, and we setup transmission as following steps:

  1. Create transmission rule using the account provided by SFTP side.
  2. Generate public key and private key with password.
  3. Share the keys to SFTP side and add to account.
  4. Tried to test connect in Transmission configuration, test connection couldn't be completed.
  5. However, can connect to SFTP via WINSCP.
