Does OTM support having Integration Saved Query option in RIQ and Invoice Creation

Summary:

We want to check OTM capability of using Integration saved query feature in following Inbound integration messages to OTM -

1 - RIQ Rate Inquiry XML - There is a customer requirement that based on Incoterm ID, they will pass the City name as Incoterm Location value and since Incoterm Location field is not supported in RIQ XML, we want to check if we can configure an Integration saved query which can fetch the Port Location ID which will have Location Role = 'PORT' which have City value as passed in the RIQ XML and we want to check if using this Integration Saved Query we can map the PORT Location ID to PORT OF DISCHARGE Field in the /Transmission/TransmissionBody/GLogXMLElement/RemoteQueryReply/RIQQueryReply/RIQQuery/RoutingConstraints/PortOfDischargeLocation
