Turning off email notifications on project role / Project team member assignment on project

Summary:

We would like to turn off notifications being sent to Team members who are added on Project

When we assign any employee as Team Member under the 'Parties' Tab in 'Manage Project Financial Settings', We are receiving two consecutive emails/ Notifications

1. Submitted: Project Role Assignment Team Member is Requested for Team Member XYZ (Employee Name) for Project ABC(YYYYY) (Project Name and Number)
2. FYI: Project Role Assignment Team Member is Requested for Team MemberXYZ (Employee Name) for Project ABC(YYYYY) (Project Name and Number)

Tried removing all the recipients from BPM notifications "SendRoleProvisionNotificationTask"

Issue is even after removing the recipients , we are still seeing notifications are trigerred.
