Consumption Rule not working When Sub-Inventory transfer is triggered from WMS

Subinventory transfer (at the time of actual consumption) – there is a seeded ‘Transfer to Owned’ transaction, but the business requirement is to trigger the subinventory transfer/ownership change via WMS. When the transfer is triggered from WMS, the on-hand is reflecting correctly in inventory cloud, but the consigned details do now show the change in supplier ownership. Ideally ownership transfer should happen. To remediate this, we created ‘Consumption Rules’, but still we are not seeing the desired outcome.

After receiving into VMI subinventory, the requirement is to perform subinventory transfer in order to consume the material. For this, we expect the consumption rule to perform the ownership change.
