Is there a way to bulk update the From and Reply-To Address fields for email notifications?

Summary: This has been asked in a similar fashion, and I commented on the post but haven't received a response. I've followed the instructions below, but that hasn't seemed to help when the email arrives. The email is still showing the old default address. So a couple questions: 1. Is there a way to update the email so that the correct From and Reply To address is displayed in the email? 2. Is there a way to update this in bulk - instead of each individual task?
