Summary:

Hi Folks,

I need help in the Conversion Fast Formula.

If the employee applies leave for below half day i,e if he has 8 hours work schedule, till 4 hours it should take half day even if he applies for one hour or two hours by default.

After 4 hours it should be treated as one day.

Current setup is taking the exact duration like if he applies for 2 hours it is taking as 0.25 days .

Please help.
