Issue with Visibility of Lines in PR

In a PR that was created two lines are not being visible which prevents us from creating negotiations.Under the item level the "Transfer Order" has been enabled for the two items which are in the two lines where two Transfer Orders has been created for these two lines and which results it not to be visible when creating negotiations.But,the nature of the business is we don't create transfer orders.So we have to remove this transfer order and we have to add these two lines for the negotiation that has been already created for the other items in this PR.Can someone
