OTBI - Filter Learning records per year and not between two dates

Hi there, we have a simple learning dashboard with learning completions of employees. My colleagues need a filter that will show only the records for a specific year, e.g. 2024, 2025. I can use a filter with between two dates but they would like to simplify it and have only the year as an option.

How could we achieve that?
