    • How to terminate and create a new lease agreement ?

    Summary:

    Actually there is a lease which is already in progress however recently the lease contract is revised. Now business wants to terminate the last lease agreement and create new agreement as per new contract. we need to carry forward the Closing cost + Depreciation + Initial Present Value. Already paid payments will also be excluded. I am not able to get the desired results as system is not allowing me to change the Cost or Acc Dep as per my requirement.
