"Report of the day" - Report about all data added/changed today

Hello,

I am looking for a report, which shows ALL data that have been added/changed by any user in the system per day. We have some troubles with one of our interfaces between Oracle and another tool. And if we decide to cut the interface for some time, then we would need to know, what "happened" (Data added/changed) in Oracle today, so that we could transfer all that data manually to the other tool.

Report should includ

  • Changes at assignment/Person
  • Organization Units, Positions
  • Other Core Data of a person

Does such a report already exist? I searched the forum, but I could not find a report that was matching my expectation.
