How to Inputting Data in New Period Dimension?

Hi All,

I have a question regarding data input after creating a new Period Dimension.

As shown in the attached picture, I can input data into the standard dimensions like BegBalance and Year Total. However, when I create a new dimension, the cells appear gray or read-only.

Is there a way to enable input for this new dimension, or am I missing something?
