Is it possible to prevent the transactions with 0 balance from being carried forward in ARCS?

We have many combinations of recons with the Balance explanations both equals to and greater than zero :

Ex: 1. ****-1234 - 4500 USD 2. ****-2345- 0.00 USD

We want the 0.00 balance to be prevented from being carried forward.

Please assist. Thanks in advance.
