Access missing to update the Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Customer Console

Hi All,

I am trained on being the backup to update the Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Customer Console or Oraclecloud.com/biacm scheduled processes if the main contact is out of office, but when I was to update the schedules, we found out that I am missing access that would allow me to update the schedules.

These are the roles I have. I understand some are custom roles and have different privileges, but I have the same roles/access sets of my coworker, so I believe the access is elsewhere.
