Unable to find the overhead cost element on Manage Accounting Overhead Rules

Summary:

While creating overhead rules, we are unable to find the new cost element created with type overhead.

Cost Org and Cost Element Details:

In Manage Cost Organization Relationships UI, the Cost Organization is created with Enterprise set as the Reference Data Set.

In Manage Cost Elements UI, the new cost element is created with Cost Element Set as BR Reference Set (Reference set applicable for the BU) and Cost Element Type as Overhead. This new cost element is not available for selection in overhead rules while other overhead type elements created in Common and Enterprise set are available in Overhead rules.
