Does a refresh P2T override system configurations in Redwood UIs?

Summary:

We have a non-development pod that we have redwood enabled on and are testing prior to moving changes to production. If we refresh this Pod, copy from production - which does not have these same redwood UIs enabled, will it overwrite the Redwood changes or do the refreshes only affect data?
