Can we do directed Put away for 1 LPN include multiple item ?

We have requirement 1 LPN with multiple items for the PO each item has been mapped to different Location as Item Assignment as Permanent .

Can this be achieved ?We do not want to use pallet as LPN as this will affect original functionality
