Need limit on users receipt options

With users submitting receipts for 3 way match items in RSSP the advanced role allows them to submit multiple lines in one transaction which is critical, however, it also allows them to access ALL PO lines pending receipt in the BU, whether they were the requester or not. The limited information in the search results coupled with line descriptions that are similar between PO's and suppliers has led multiple users to select the incorrect lines for receipt.  Is there a way to insert a filter or limit the search result returns on a by user basis?  This would prevent users
