    Summary:

    With SSO enabled testing environments, how can we allow users to test with test user accounts that need to have employee ID numbers or which have direct reports?

    1. Business needs to test user access for contract validation. Test user does not have employee ID#
    2. Testing functionality with a test user who has a direct report
    3. Business requirement is to logon as that user, with SSO they cannot (Chooser is disabled)
