Is there a way to automate updating data map member mappings?

Summary:

We have a cross pod data map with member mappings. There is no ability to do dynamic member maps so we need to manually update it every time a new member is added that needs to be included or manually remove if a member in the map is removed from the application. Until dynamic member maps are enabled (fingers crossed they are!) I would like to find a way to automate this mapping update process if possible.

We have a pods that have different levels as their zero level members for the entity dimension. To move the data from one pod to another where the level 0 in the source pod is level 1 in the target pod, we have maps that will map these members (i.e. 100.01 to OP_100.01). I am trying to find a way to automate the updating of a data map definition so that we don't have to manually do this.
