Ability to Allow an Admin to Approve a notification

As an BPM Admin, How can we allow the admin to approve any notification on behalf of current Approver. For example : See the scenario below:

  1. User creates a PO Requisition for X amount.
  2. As per the Approval Rules Set for Task ReqApproval, the notifications are sent to Approver1 for Departmental Approver, and Approver2 for Finance Approval.
  3. Both these users get notified and can Approve these notifications, which will then Approve the Requisition itself.
  4. Before Step3, If the BPM Admins, gets into the BPM Approval area, can he somehow approve both these notifications ? Is there any config which drives this ? As of now. it doesn't give any option to Approve. It does give an option to Reassign, or Delegate.
