Does Latest Smart View (24.200) have incompatibilities with Windows 11 Enterprise?

Summary:

We tried to download Smart View ad-in and install it on Windows 11 Enterprise, on a user computer but it's not working.

The error received is "HsAddin.dll is not a valid Office Add-In".

I also have the Windows 11 Enterprise and for me it's working, this is why it's strange.
