How to Enforce Order Modifiers while updating planned order quantity

Summary:

We have requirement to update the planned order quantity from material plan. For e.g. to cancel a planned order by making the quantity zero and adding the same quantity of planned order in another factory at an aggregate level - week or period.

I wanted to understand if this is possible. What is the meaning of the advanced supply plan option Enforce Order Modifiers in Aggregate Time Buckets
