Team Activity Center is not working

Hello,

The My Activity Center page is not working. The page appears blank for the manager.
The page does not work with both custom and seeded roles.

In the last few hours we have made some changes with VB, sandbox and removed/added privileges to the custom role.

Can someone please help me?
