PJB_CLIN_NUMBER_NULL Oracle seeded error while importing billing events in Fusion

Hello,

When billing events are created through FBDI using the import job "Import Project Billing Events", we get a seeded report ("Import Project Billing Events: Generate Report") with the rejected records and their respective error messages. In one such cases, there was one Oracle generated error observed in this report (same is attached to this question) which says "PJB_CLIN_NUMBER_NULL" with no additional details. Could anyone please provide more information on this error and how it could be resolved?
