    Hi All,

    I need the full approval history details of a contract using the contract number.

    Contract Management —> Contracts

    Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

    As of now, using the tables below, we can retrieve only the header-level approval details (1.1 and 1.2). However, we need all the details mentioned in Screenshot 2.

    Could anyone please suggest the SQL query or table required to develop the report?
