We are weighing in on options of using the expanding AI Agents capability, or enabling the Digital Assistant. Can you share your thoughts and experience on using one or both capabilities, and use cases where you see benefits from using one over the other (or using both in parallel)

At this point, we are trying to understand the use cases which will drive us to using AI Agents or Digital Assistants (or both?). The primary focus is use experience.

What have you seen from your implementation, or what is your thought process around this? For a brand new implementation, would you enable the Digital Assistant, in addition to AI Agents, or just enable one capability out of the these two.
