    Summary:

    We create a custom object in SCM using application composer. The user creates some wrong records in this custom object. We create a visual builder template for user to delete the unwanted record. But I would like to control they cannot delete certain record. For example, if the PO number field have PO number. This record cannot be deleted by the user. I try to use validation but it is not working. Do anyone have any good idea or suggestion?
