Consider any location within 0 miles to be one stop

edited Feb 20, 2025 5:24PM in Transportation Management 4 comments

Summary:

Hi All,

We have encountered a scenario where two locations are situated in the same physical address. When orders are created for these two locations, we aim to treat them as a single stop rather than two separate ones.

We attempted to use the "MULTISTOP MAX DISTANCE BETWEEN CO-LOCATED STOPS" option in the multi-stop logic, setting the distance to '0' miles. However, OTM continues to create two distinct stops instead of one.

Requesting guidance on how to address this issue effectively? We need to ensure that orders for co-located stops are treated as a single stop.
