mapping between payroll and project exp types and determine if an exp type is billable or not?

I need to know where I can view the linkage between the payroll expenditure type and the project expenditure type in Oracle. Additionally, I would like to check whether the mapped expenditure type is designated as billable or non-billable. Please provide the specific navigation steps or setup screens where this information can be reviewed.
