Does OCI IAM send expiry notifications prior to password expiration?

Summary:

Recently our administrator password expired without any email notifications. Since we had to update this password to run interfaces, this created significant delays in our operations.

Is there a way to set-up expiry notifications? We were receiving them in 2024.

We use EPM PBCS and OCI IAM cloud to manage security
