    I have created an Oracle AI agent for Benefits category with Benefits Policy document uploaded. When trying to access the agent is successfully deployed on benefits enrollment page. However when tried to use the bot with a query, getting the error -
    "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk."
