    ARCS groups and subledger balances not pulling through

    We are pulling GL and Fixed Asset (FA) subledger balances into ARCS. The users have asked for the FA accounts to be grouped by company. I've noticed that the subledger balances are not pulling in/being reflected in the groups. We are using a balance comparison format for these, so the GL balance has nothing to compare to. I do see the subledger balances reflected when the accounts are not in a group. I was told by the previous system admin that they were told this is how it works. I want to confirm this.
