Project Billing - Prepayment Application is not visible in the Eligible Billing Transactions area

Summary:

Is it possible to include into an Invoice line a "Prepayment Application" from the section "Eligible Billing Transactions"?

Currently I experienced that if I create 2 Events one "Prepayment Application" event and a second normal Event eligible for invoice, and both have the same information Contract Number, Contract Line, Project, Completion Date, etc..

  • the first "Prepayment Application" event is not visible and can't be added manually by end user in the Invoice distributions "Eligible Billing Transactions" section
  • the second billable event is visible in the Invoice distributions "Eligible Billing Transactions" section

In case it is executed the "Generate Invoices" process an Invoice is created with both events "Prepayment Application" and the eligible for invoice one.
