Course level default assignment rules

Hello,

I have searched a lot in Oracle website to understand the "Default Assignment Rules" at course level, unfortunately could not find anything concrete. The tab usually gets activated once we click on Edit.

It would greatly help us, if you can point me to right oracle documentation on this topic. We have lot of courses which needs to be renewed every year by the whole organization, so we would like to leverage this feature and accordingly improve.
