PTO Item not exploded into components in supply planning

Summary:

I have a case where Item is a PTO Item with Components A and B, i have created the PTO Item using PTO Template and make sure that the items non stockable and non-transactable, pick component is yes, item is Buy item and MRP Planning

I have defined also the structure, and I uploaded external forecast to unconstrained supply planning, when I check supplies and demands i can find that the item exploded into components and the recommendations are on PTO level.

Note: The item is not a manufactured item and there is no work definition only item structure
